I came in on a tight schedule needing replace my tire for last min travel plans and the gentleman who helped me (didn’t catch his name, he had a nose ring) was extremely mindful of my time and had me in and out within 15mins. The staff has been great both times I’ve come to this location, I’ll continue to keep coming back!

Store Manager (Ryan) provided excellent customer service and while waiting for my 4 new Bridgestone tires to be installed on my Ford Fusion Hybrid, he came into the lobby to advise of any additional services they felt I may want to have completed (based on a free inspection); but did not press me to do any of the additional services recommended by the inspection. Ryan is very professional, thoroughly explained the services to be done as well as the cost (avoiding any negative surprises) and also answered any of my questions in easy to understand layman’s terms. He is a valuable asset to this Tires Plus shop and due to this entire experience (and previous work ) he has assured that I am and will remain a loyal Tires Plus customer for all of my automotive services needs. Kudos to Ryan and his team at the Frederick Maryland (Guilford Rd) Tires Plus location. Regards, Mr Cobb

I have a vehicle with you. Is there a way to leave a message? I'm returning a call from Brad and if I try to reach a service rep (slightly after hours) or book an appointment for service, there is no option to leave a message. There is no option in the first set of menu options that you all provide after calling your number. So I'm leaving a message here. (Will update the review and rating after the vehicle has been serviced.)

I brought my truck in with no scratches on the rims and left with a huge scratch on it. When I spoke with the store manager about it. He said there was nothing they could do about it. He claimed he saw the big scratch when he was helping the mechanic but that does not prove it was not done prior to his help. I take good care of my vehicle and you would have noticed a big scratch on my rims. No accountability for their actions. Very disappointing as I take my fleet vehicle to this location. I thought I could trust them with my personal vehicle but it seems I will have to look elsewhere.

I would like to give a shout out to technician Cody for a job we'll done. He went beyond the call of duty to identify and fixed an issue dealing with a continuous slow leak on one of my tires. He discovered the issue was not with the stem, the issue was the aging of the rim and where the tire seals to the rim. He sanded down that portion of the rim and remounted the tire. There has been no leaks on the coldest days or coldest night. I'm sure all the technicians who work there are great, however Cody goes beyond the call of duty. If you want an OUTSTANDING JOB done always ask for Cody. V/r Happy Customer Nissan Armada (Chris)
